I, along with my elder brother, am somebody who likes to buy properties to do up and to then hopefully sell on for a big profit. When sourcing services such as electric underfloor heating we always ensure that we do a sufficient amount of homework - as we like to call it. As previously stated this task is a very important one as we intend to work with any prospective client over the long term - it is therefore a task that we do not rush.

We look for a company that can provide us with an excellent price - this is on the understanding, of course, that there will be plenty of additional work for them should they provide a top class job.

The company that we are looking to work with should be able to show that they have excellent communication and customer service skills. We are busy people and when people state that they will phone us back within a few hours we expect them to do just that. We don’t expect to have to go chasing them.

We are also looking for a company that can work to a tight schedule and at short notice. By shopping around and asking the right questions these types of company can readily be found.
